NDTV should scrap NDTV Prime/Profit and move all the shows to Goodtimes. And the other news channels should be just news channels. I hate watching gadgets shows instead of news. I suggest NDTV to rebrand Goodtimes to NDTV Lifestyle.

No. It is still owned by NDTV and known as NDTV Good Times even though the NDTV logo has been removed. However, Kingfisher sold its stake in 2015 (until then, Kingfisher's logo was also there).

I'm thinking NDTV is selling the channel. A similar thing like this happened when imagine TV stake was sold by NDTV
