Need Airtel Alacarte related help : Tension Tight Mera Dimag Ab not right

im having lot of trouble with airtel customer care recently , they are saying to my father that you should first subscribe to some monthly pack then only you can use alacarte . [are they talking about topups or confusing us on purpose i dont know ]

What ive read about alacarte is that it is a independent pack of 150rs which cant be clubbed with other monthly packs and we have to send list of channel to them to [email protected]

Customer care added some 99rs pack ...[we dont watch any channel in that list is total money waste ] and now they say add alacarte ,then what is the use of alacarte [i'e; pay for the channel we want]

Yes it's possible to take Alacarte base pack. 150+ tax= 172/month
Don't call cc. Just email that alacarte website with list of channels you want.

Ive did that but no reply till now and customer care already activated some 99rs pack (what should i do they are not listening as they dont know ). why there is no proper guildlines for this alacarte .

Airtel should prepare one immediately

It will take 48 hrs to activate. Yes poor service by ADTV.

We've wasted over 10k rupees because of lack of knowledge about alacarte .
And this airtel even charges for recording dont know why . Profit over indians corpses that is airtels motto. They should learn something from jio services .

If jio dth is true then it might give airtel run for its money .

10k?? How? I am using alacarte base pack and it can be activated.
Just try another cc and keep sending emails to cc and alacarte address.

You will receive call back within 48 hours and it will be activated.

We used to subscribe packs with unwanted channels & its been like 4-5 years so it will more or less cost around 10k : .

In my opinion don't go with A-la-carte if you don't want to pay 10K  :lol

Subscribe some base pack which has your fav chs included. If you are confused which one to subscribe then Tell us which chs you need, our members here will help you  :k
