Seeking Help Need clarification about resolution setting in stb

I am currently using multiple Videocon D2h HD stbs and one Technicolor 4k stb. I also use a TS Technicolor HD stb.

In the D2h HD stbs, under settings > resolution, I can select the resolution to 1080i @ 50 Hz, 1080i @ 60 Hz, 1080p @ 50 Hz, and 1080p @ 60 Hz. Some lower resolutions are also available.

In the D2h 4k stb, under settings > resolution, I can select the resolution to 1080i @ 50 Hz, 1080i @ 60 Hz, 1080p @ 50 Hz, 1080p @ 60 Hz, 4k @ 50 Hz, and 4k @ 60 Hz. Some lower resolutions are also available.

In the TS HD stb, under settings > resolution, I can select the resolution to 1080i @ 50 Hz and 1080i @ 60 Hz. There are no 1080p @ 50 Hz and 1080p @ 60 Hz options. Some lower resolutions are also available.

I want to know what resolution options are available in the TS 4k stb and in the various Airtel HD stbs and Airtel internet tv stb.

I will be shifting from D2h to either TS or Airtel by January. I will make the final decision based on which stb has more resolution options.

If you have 4k TV then only buy 4K STB otherwise its waste of money.

Currently i use LG UHD TV with Airtel InternetTV STB.

Display Results on STB: 4k,1080p, 1080I etc..

Frame Rate don't remember but it provides best PQ Especially in HD Channels. SD Channels are abv avg as they dont have much Sharp PQ as Tatasky Provides.

Even the content i watch is 1080p only I use 4K resolution on STB as it provides better colours than 1080P.

The newer TS HD STB Humax HEVC and i also think Technicolor HEVC HD STB have 1080p 50hz

The TS 4K STB has 4Kp 50hz. I dont know if new resolutions have been added as i last saw it in 2016.
