Need help on how to setup dish & lnb.

Hii guys...
Recently my society has installed shed on the terrace so I have stopped receiving signal on my Dish.
I would have to change the placement of my dish...but would like to get some doubts cleared before calling the CC.
Would I be able to shift it myself without the satellite meter if I don't change the lnb position. Is there any other way I can install it myself without calling the cc.

Why new thread again? If you created in wrong section let the team know by reporting it to move to the right section..
