normally if i want to purchase d2h online for south platinum pack for 1 month what will be total charge (including stb, antennna, other hardware, and installation charges).

suppose if i order on friday at about 10am will d2h people be able to deliver and install the same next day i.e. Saturday on or before 6pm.
