Hi, i want to know how to manually upate the software of the tatasky set top box, i tried disconnecting the power then then turn on the power and then pressing back, 2,4,8,5 button, not working

Switch on your STB. When the screen shows 'Please Wait Initializing ', quickly press exit button twice then 2465 simultaneously & then Ok. Software download will start.
