First try to know what he is interested with.toy cars or action figures or games etc.

Who doesn't have phone nowadays? With a phone not only his nephew could play games. He could also call parents if he is in danger. With cycle he can fall and get hurt bro.

I do think in a different way here.

Mobile use he might not learn atleast till he becomes 4-5 yrs. It might be broke by him because kids are not conscious as us.

Cycle can keep him fit and even sweating will be more which is good sign for every human body.
