Hi,
I got the Independent TV connection by Sept 2018. Now they had changed the pack from Freedom pack to Kannada Migration pack. Since I stay in Karnataka, they changed it by default to kannada. I watch only Tamil channels.
I'm chasing the customer care people by phone and email from more than a week. Every time they say it will get activated in 24 hours. But nothing works.
Unable to login to their website and app does nothing. Now all the tamil paid channels are not working for me.
Need your help to update the language pack.
