need to heavy refersh my airtel dth i m from UAE

I have two airtel HD DTH box and they are switched off since one year today i power on them and i can only see error code 4. both dth box have credit and i have all info STB ID VC# and Customer IDS but i can't contact with Airtel cc because i am outside from india.

also please activate only Family HD channels and remove all other English sports etc...
i want only family HD channels like Start, Sony, Zee etc..
