How did you know that neo agreed to the price that ts offered?

May be ts agreed to neo price or some middle price both party accepted.

Neo was not comfortable with removal,

So planning to adding back.

Best things neo agree at correct rate offered by ts, otherwise paying 1 core was non sense,
