Nepal TV FTA on Thaicom 78.5° E

Hello,

Has anyone had any success in receiving Nepal TV FTA (Thaicom 78.5° E @ TP: 3563 H 5555 3/5) on a Solid 4 feet prime focus dish? My location is North-East India (Sikkim), so please advice.

Or should I use 13 K LNB?

Also, can I catch Hotbird 13° E on the same dish (i.e. Solid 4 feet prime focus) with Sharp LNB?
