These are DPO plans for Airtel Black customers bro. Rest all I think is same for normal and black customers like app, 30d lock-in on a la carte etc. They also suffer with these things. One good thing is no service visit charges for Black customers.

Yes if you are with 699 plan, 260 RS is the limit
