I'm having rain issue in sharp LNB which I changed in oct'17 it is under warrenty should i call for a check..as with moderate rain the signal drop..but channels like Animal planet work also other channel shows..no signal..why So???

do u get No Signal even in light and moderate rain ? It should work in heavy rains also

Animal planet, cartoon network channels are in the stronger TPs hence they work in heavy rains also

U can try asking TS to give u better lnb if u face signal issues in light to moderate rains
