Looks like minimum pack available is classic Joy (including one free regional pack) for ₹165 per month
Previously Joy pack was 100 and regional add on costed 51, total ₹151 per month.

Dish tv is no longer cheaper, has basic base pack costing same as Tata Sky/Airtel

Edit: Could still see basic Bharat pack at 99 per month but is being shown only for North not for South.

Applicable w.e.f. May 4, 2018 for new subscribers availing ‘DishTV’ connection and opting for South Zone packs. Existing subscribers can also avail these packs on re-alignment upon specific request. MPEG-4 box cardless box mandatory.
