why such complicated things from tatasky . they should fix multi tv prices as per the packages . suppose premium sports hd package is 500rs +245 ncf = rs 745. then multi tv rates 2/3/4 is only rs 400 . but suppose if customer adds rs 7 gujrati addon regional language or any channel of rs 1 also then they charge 2/3/4 connection to rs 500.this is major concern for all customers when they even add rs 1 channel which is not part of 745 packages multi tv rates shoots to rs 500. suppose utv hd is not part of 745 package and charged rs 9 then customer having 4 connections would be charged rs 309 for single utv hd channel . this is not fair. many channels are not part of 745 package . there are many channels which show different content in sab tv it shows different and sab tv hd different . also i think zee cinema or star gold shows differnent movies then hd version. why hbo hd /utv hd not there in 745 hd package . also marathi hindi premium hd 769 should also have multi tv 400 and not 500 . many channels missing in highest packages . issues highlighted but no planning done to rectify rates . many channels like 9xm jalwa,9xm ,tv9 gujrati,arihant and punjabi free channels should be included in fta promo packages infact all free channels should be part of fta promo package and any rregional language add on should not increase multi tv hd rates from rs 400. i have put feedback of customers of tatasky from mumbai . rest is up to tatasky team to decide warm regards. they should put slab to rs 650 instead of rs 500 for premium sports hd or fix rates for first two packages till basic sd rs 150 , then family kids rs 200, then rs 300 . similarly rs 400 maximum for hd packages . customer can add any channels they want must not increase multi tv rates. also ncf rs 245 is for 200 channels but 745 not have 200 paid channels . similarly if any crosses limit they are charged rs 24 extra ncf even if they add only 1/2 channels they are charged for 25 channels ncf which is wrong. 2/3/4 connection there should be no ncf and customer should have option to select whatever channels or packages they want in multi tv connection . alsoncf for primary connection should be flat rs 130 or flat rs 100and not 245 for premium sports hd package so customer get premium sports english hd only in rs 500+153= 653 rs maximum instead of 745
