New south diamond pack

I have a d2h connection and my package is new south diamond pack.from past 1 year i was getting all malayalam channels. But today onwards i am not getting asianet,asianet plus and movies.can somebody help me

bro may be two language packs are activated on your id now. you should check it. and change your language packs acc. to your choices.
Or wait for some expert they will reply soon for your problem.

Bro, they removed any other channels ? mine also same pack.
