New tab "Do it yourself" added on RDTV official website.
Do It Yourself (good initiative)
Simple Steps:
Step 1 - Switch on the Set Top Box.
Step 2 - Press "R" Key from the Set-Top-Box (STB) remote control to launch My Services.
Step 3 - If you are unable to view your Updated RDTV Account Details like Account Balance, Active Pack Details, Subscribed Channels & Payment History. Refresh your RDTV Account Details by sending a SMS from your Registered Telephone Number (RTN), simply Type MySer & send to 730333 5370.
If sent from non RTN, Type MySer <space> 12 Digit Smart Card Number and send to 73033 53730.
E.g. MySer 200601354664.
Step 4 - Exit and press "R" Key from the Set-Top-Box (STB) remote control to launch My Services.
Check Balance Now you can check your RDTV Account Balance by sending a SMS simply Type BAL <space> 12 digit Smart Card Number to 73033 53730.
E.g. BAL 200601354664Buy Add OnNow you can Buy any Add On Pack by sending a SMS simply Type
SUB <space> SMS short code <space> 12 digit Smart Card Number to 73033 53730 (Click here for SMS Short Code)
E.g. SUB Spo5 200601354664 Pack RefreshIf unable to view recently Purchased Pack or Subscribed Channel kindly do a Pack Refresh by sending a SMS simply Type
PacRef and send to 73033 53730.
