Actually when we saw channel quality my entire family was very disappointed, but eventually we will get used to it.
Everywhere i see on the internet everyone is screaming that TS PQ is so awesome so i was really excited, but in the end just disappointed.

You need to fix dish alignment first so call cc and schedule installer visit. You can also mail cc with the screen shot of signal window if installer is unable to fix the signal quality

7 Star also has SWP HD on LCN 882. Didn't u get that channel?

Problem solved .. signal quality is now at 60-80 for all channels quality is much better audio issue also fixed by technician.
Yes SWP HD is there but it costs 60rs/month on 7star.
whereas in tatasky HD its included in ultra hd plus package.

Hi friends I am using ts hd+ transfer stb. I thing after new sw  (EPG) downloaded, picture quality is very poor . anybody feel  pl replay friends.
