The update of GSAT 15 after launch is

First orbit raising operation of GSAT-15 was successfully completed by firing the Apogee Motor for 5409 seconds at 04:52hr IST on Nov 12, 2015. Realised orbit is 13,114 km (perigee height) by 35,767 km ( apogee height) with an inclination of 1.12 degree and orbital period of 14 hr 57 min
Second orbit raising operation of GSAT-15 was successfully completed by firing the Apogee Motor for 2722 seconds at 11:08 hr IST on Nov 13, 2015. Realised orbit is 30768 km (perigee height) by 35761 km ( apogee height) with an inclination of 0.278 degree and an orbital period of 21 hr 49 min.
Third orbit raising operation of GSAT-15 was successfully completed by firing the Apogee Motor for 433.5 seconds at 09:10 hr IST on Nov 14, 2015. The initial Orbit Determination shows: Perigee: 35507 km Apogee: 35759 km Inclination: 0.132 deg. At 12:48 hr IST South solar array was deployed successfully and west antenna has been deployed successfully at 14:00 hr IST.

So its on 93.5E

no official announcement yet from isro. this s the confusion. I don't believe n2yo blindly. n2yo will take some time to update(actually this s not real time update.they are showing simulated data based on nasa tle element). but one week time makes doubt...

GSAT-15 Update: Station acquisition maneuvers for GSAT-15 were completed and s/c is successfully collocated at 93.5 deg E during night of Nov 20, 2015. Payload (Ku and GAGAN) In Orbit Testing (IOT) is under progress.
