You should set home Tp 12688 v 27500 and receive signal of Nss 6 satellite in order to upgrade your dish tru HD STB. Has you won't be able to upgrade you STB without Nss 6 satellite and Dish TV Home Tp :k

If you are in Jeddah (or anywhere else in the western region), just take the receiver to the dish center and the technician will get it upgraded for you for a small sum (~25 Riyals)
I got mine done 3 days ago.
You don't have to send it to Dammam anymore
