Hello all, Tatasky has removed the option to add ala carte channels from mytatasky website. Now, you can only add HD channels via mytatasky website. There is no way to add SD channels individually.
I contacted support & after a long chat she said that this feature is unavailable now (first she was saying you can add but after explaining she said it is available for HD channels only). After that, I pressed something wrongly on my keyboard and chat was closed. I didn't have time to explain everything to new person and ask again why it's removed.
This is a very bad move from Tata sky. I think we can add by calling or asking them to add via chat, but they should have let us do it ourselves.
