No signal error in Star Vijay and KTV

Hi I'm not getting signal in Star Vijay and KTV. I get No Signal B001 error code. Other channels seems to work. Do any one face this issue? Some help is highly appriciated. Thank u.

ktv and star vijay moved to tp 11480 V 28800.

you r not getting signals on that tp.so you need to realign ur dish perfectly :k

Oh Optimus Prime, No I dont get signal on those channels as well. May be its because of what Deepu Darling said. Anyways thanks guys.
