No Signal on Two TPs

Hello,
My HD set top box is not receiving signal on two TPs from GSAT15.
11630/H/32000
11670/H/32000
And hence few channels are missing.

Is this temporary or permanent?
If it is going to be permanent then how to receive signals from GSAT15.

Does the HD stb support Diseqc?

Iam also not getting those transponders...
I don't know why..!
Iam not aligned dish...bcz iam watched channels is coming...
