None of the sports channel working in Incable Mumbai

I am a Tata Sky user, but my office in Parel, Mumbai has Incable set top box. From last 1 week none of the sports channels r working in Incable. It shows error - channel not subscribed contact call centre. The office guys are telling, dey informed the operator but nothing is working out. My friend in Dahisar is also facing the same problem. Plz help me with the solution

I am using InCable in Mumbai. There was problem with Ten sports channels last week & showing error - channel not subscribed. But from this week everything is working fine.
