Not able to manually update to software version 108 or 110

Dear Friends,

I am new to this forum and require help.

My Tata sky hd stb not automatically download latest software, so i did it manually, but still the same 106 software version is downloaded again and again.

Please, help me to manually download the latest version.

Yesterday night i switched off the stb from main so when i turned on today it automatically updated after one minute i switched it on.

M surprised, hw is ur 106 yet, mine currently showing 108, waiting for 110 update

dont know,my stb has never automatically downloaded software,and every time i try to manually update it updates the same 106 version.

Yesterday my tata sky hd stb automatically updates 107 software version and some changes in the menu, additonal features like "Power Saver Setting, Signal Test,Power Reset" has been added in the "System Setting".

Also, my software download status is showing "idle" now.

yes.mine is hd box without recording and the new software version is 107.

Old Boxes Software Version is 110

New Small Samsung HD STB Software Version is 107

these Version are Latest for Respective STBs
