Seeking Help Not getting Dolby Sound in Tata Play HD box

From Past 3 Months I am not getting DD sound in my Tata Play HD set top box. Even DD sound word is missing in EPG's of HD channels which has DD output.

The channel have only HD,but not enable dolby audio, it's enabled shown DD syamble.

Not true..both max hd and &pictures hd supports Dolby audio

In fact star sports 1 hd and (hindi as of now) supports dd+ with more clarity
