Seeking Help Not getting internet tv channels

I bought tata binge box in December 2022 with one month ott subscription. Now I am using it only for dth purpose and I have not subscribed to binge pack
But I am not getting any internet tv channels only travelxp4k is available.
What will be the problem? Have they stopped broadcasting them or only me is not getting?

Present Only travel xp 4k channel is there in binge plus box bro, tata play removed all internet based channels few months ago...
