Actually when i switch on the box it shows software upgrade in process please do not switch off the box on screen atleast 2 -3 hrs continuously...How i get through this problem?

The software upgrade is OTA now,if the problem persists, you can switch off the box .when you on it again the software upgrade will complete .

switch off the box, remove the LNB cable then switch on the box when it boots completely plug in the LNB cable again
