It's a careless work of DTH Jitu bro,
I don't think that channel didn't informed Dishtv about all these changes in advance,
But as always dishtv reacted late & showing "Shagun TV" for some time,
Now changed as posted in other thread,
Also what's the need to show a channel with color bars, put a info card that channel not available from broadcaster.

Bro its becoz starting a channel on other channel's licence is in fashion now,
For example -
Big deal TV - Fatafati
Best Deal TV - Subharti,
WOW Cinema - TV Punjabi,
Tunes 6 - NSN News,
& many more,

Sattelite have nothing to do with this,
It's job of provider to wait for name change approval from MIB.
