It seems Chennai's LCO's still don't want to make any large move and want to continue with the current Monopoly until Arasu makes a real and a meaningful move. So no chances of any change in near future.

My LCO never says anything concrete, he will just say wait ... wait and don't know how long, so i stopped asking him.

I just learned from my friends that their LCO's don't have any plans to move and since most LCO's are like an union they will always decide together.
