Seeking Help Package downgrade

I called to cc last three days for Change my base pack to Flexi pack.(every day)
But everyday they said that "sir our system is problem we booked a complaint &It will be solve with in time(they arranged) " I'm verry disappoint with their service can anyone please help me to change package??

You can not downgrade the pack in videocon and airtel dth.
only one dth tata sky allowing to downgrade package any time through self care,
dishtv is allowing once a month.
sun direct allowing to downgrade through customer care.

No bro you can downgrade once a month that's why I am getting flexi pack
