Package expiration

‘Your D2H will get switched-off in 7 Days’ I get this message when I turn on my decoder. It also says scan qr to recharge. When I bought this I received senthamize 6m package and it will be expired on 17th this month. I already have over 2000 indian rupees in my account balance. What should I do about this? Can I active a package before 17th? Why is it asking to recharge when I already have a balance in my account.

Reminder is coming as you package is expiring. After last date, reminder will be gone and base plan will be active from account balance.
You can change pack/plan now also.
Talk to customer care or mail them. You can also use their DIY service.
