Nothing. In my point of view nothing controversial scene present in this film. Also they glorify Rajput as much as possible.

My review after watching Padmaavat
Being Rajput I literally knows very well about the story of Rani Padmaavati. No doubt that sets were awesome, the dialog was good, dance, songs everything was fine to me. As I'm Rajput, not Karni Sena.
But, the things which I don't like in this movie is it's story. The story of this movie revolves more around Alauddin Khilji then, Padmaavati and Rana Ratan Singh.
The basic things such as important parts of Gaura and Badal was missing. They didn't portrait their character. They were one who brought Rana Ratan Singh back.
Allahu din khilji was bisexual but no one show that. And, I even also heard that Padmavati never visited Khilji place they were Gaura and Badal who visited Khilji and bring back Rana Ratan Singh.
