Paksat 38°e ku band

Hi,
Anybody have the idea or experience of setting up/tune up paksat 1r on ku band 90cm dish.
My location is up west i tried hard to get the signal but sometimes i got a very weak irregular signals.
Pl help me out what i will do to get it also pl share me a strong TP.
