Should pay tv channels be completely ad free as the broadcasters are taking money from viewers in the name of channel subscriptions?

Subscription revenue is paltry for any Entertainment or Media company.

Media Cos recoup their investment only through ads. That is the reason even Netflix has jumped into ads.

we have to pay high charge fr some channels and compelled to see iritating Adrts also.. This is not good. : while viewing a channel Like star Sports etc..and if advts come, Suddenly switching to other channel. That is all.

cable TV good than Dth anyway In cable TV almost all regional channel will come without any delay. We can see all regional channels.. Prasar bharati ruined the Tv viewing.

Paid channels are making more money from DD Free Dish than from getting direct money from customers. Sony Entertainment is a clear example of this as they were getting higher TRP and add revenue from Sony Pal than from Sony Entertainment Television

It's just like asking for Free Telecom services (Data & Voice Calls) if we are paying the mobile phone price.

Both are different things from channel's subscription they barely managed to pay the fees to DTH operators.
They (like Star Sports in IPL) buys rights of shows in crores so that they can earn from Advertisement not because they can charge 22.42/- from people and made ad free for them.
