Shahrukh Khan was not in the best of his moods as recently his most favorite filmmaker Yash Chopra with whom he has worked in some good movies passed away. At first, he thought to cancel the event but later he changed his mind on looking at the hard effort that the organizers had made in organizing the event and moreover he felt really bad to dishearten his die-hard fans. Despite not being in a happy mood, he only performed at the Durga Puja for his fans.
According to a leading website, "SRK earlier wanted to cancel his performance at the Vashi Pandal, owing to the demise of Yash Chopra. However, keeping in mind the efforts made by the organisers and his fans, he agreed to perform."
Dressed in black band gala and white pajamas, Shahrukh danced on his famous numbers like 'Chaiya Chaiya', 'Bole Chudiya Bole Kangna' at the event. "I don't look tough, but I am very-very tough," Shahrukh joked. He called up girls from the audience as he usually does and danced with them. He even tried to lift them.
Amitabh Bachchan was also spotted along with wife Jaya Bachchan at Sarbojanik Durga Puja in South Mumbai. A source said, "Bachchan saab wasn't in a cheerful mood because of the demise of filmmaker Yash Chopra, but he came to perform a small puja."
Kajol was also spotted in saree at Durga Puja pandal in North Mumbai.
Anurag Basu and Imtiaz Ali was also spotted. Priyanka Chopra was seen distributing bhog with singer Abhijit at Mumbai puja pandal. Bipasha Basu was clicked with her family in Kolkata.
