&Pictures is all set to entertain its viewers with four blockbusters on 25 December with a daylong ‘Christmas Movie Bash’.

Kick-starting the celebration in full swing, the channel will showcase the musical entertainer ‘Banjo’ at 2:30 pm. The film is about four underdogs who aspire to entertain the masses with their talent and gain respect for their music and art. Starring Riteish Deshmukh, Nargis Fakhri and Dharmesh Yelande, the film traces the journey of music enthusiasts who are offered an opportunity of a lifetime when a DJ from New York comes to India in search of them.

Continuing with celebrating Xmas fervour, &Pictures will showcase ‘Ramaiya Vastavaiya’ at 5:30 pm. Starring Girish Kumar and Shruti Hassan, the film centres around class difference and the fight for true love.

The next film in line is Remo D’Souza’s directorial venture ‘A Flying Jatt’ at 8:30 pm. Aman (Tiger Shroff), a martial arts teacher, constantly strives for the attention of his students. He fumbles and behaves like a little boy around his formidable mother Bebe (Amrita Singh) and is all shy and tongue-tied around his female colleague Kirti (Jacqueline Fernandez). One day fate takes a new turn and he turns into a common man’s superhero, the ‘Flying Jatt’. To save the day, he challenges supervillain Raka (WWE wrestler Nathan Jones) in a dangerous battle.

The bonanza ends with ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns’ at 11:30 pm. A sequel to ‘Tanu Weds Manu’, the film highlights the complex marital relationship of Tanuja (Kangana Ranaut) and Manu (R Madhavan). Replete with witty dialogues and power-packed performances by the actors, the movie breaks every stereotype associated with marriage.
