Pinkish screen on Videocon DDB TV after connecting to Xtream box

Today we installed xtream box and our TV is 40" Videocon DDB smart TV. Xtream box is connected to the HDMI 1 port of TV, so after going to the HDMI 1 option on TV the pinkish screen appears, all channels and apps are working, but with the pinkish screen. If we exit the HDMI other TV messages and TV home screen are coming correctly. I changed the HDMI cable and tried, but the pinkish thing is not going.
Please suggest the solution. Thanks in advance.
 
Try to do STB reset once from settings and see if it works fine. Also do software and firmware update STB. If still exists, log call with Airtel support as similar issue reported by few more people in the forum which got resolved after specific firmware version ( 1.1.0-20010613) pushed by Airtel backend team but they will only do once they get request from your area TSM.
