Seeking Help Pixelation and Freezing Problem in &Pictures HD Channel

I am facing pixelation and freezing problem in &Pictures HD channel after every 30-35 minutes. My signal strength in +HD Transfer Box is above 70%. All other channels are working fine. What is the cause of such problem in &Pictures HD Channel ? Is anyone else facing similar problem ?
