I optimised channels. It shows exactly same but with a price reduction. How did the amount decreased?

Press "proceed with" button under Optimized pack, it will show which broadcaster or curated packs and channels are selected. Then you can compare how price reduced.

BTW here Optimized pack has 231 channels while your selection had 233 channels.

I actually bought the optimised pack. It shows exactly same results.

I don't know how you subscribed to Set HD channel twice.
Your optimize pack removes one Set HD channel and you save Rs. 22.42.

I accidentally dropped it while selecting channels. I readded. Also I unchecked as well from the selection page.
