Please Recommend a new DTH Service

Hi everyone,
Thank you guys for starting this forum that will help DTH consumers.

I am using cable TV but am fed up with it's service.
So I am planning to buy a good DTH Service.

1. My location is Mumbai Western Suburbs

2.Channels required are, Malayalam Entertainment and news channels (Asianet, Surya, Kairali, Mazhavil,Amrita,Asianet+,
Sports Channel(ESPN,StarSPorts,TenSports, TenAction)
English Entertainment(Star world,cafe)
English Movies(Movies Now,starmovies,hbo)
Hindi and English News
Music Channels(VH1,MTV,ChannelV)

3.My budget is around 300-350 pm,

4. HD channels and Recorder are added bonus
(can go upto 375 for recorder and HD channels)

5.I have a 40 inch TV with fullHD so would like to have MPEG4.
Also For first time I would pay for the channels annualy.So I would like to consider any offer they are providing.

D2h also good but stb quality is very poor.

And what about entry offers , HD channels and Recording option.
I had thought of getting Videocon D2H but with Tata Sky introducing malayalam channels,
Tata Sky now offer more Malayalam channels almost same price.
And what about picture quality for both of these.

In Tatasky it says I have to pay HD access fee of 100 to watch HD channels.
So if I subscribe to South Sports pack for 200 , I'll have to pay 300 Rs.
Is this just in Tata Sky or present in other Service Providers too?

It's same like, other DTH have HD add on packs, you can watch 12 HD channels in 100 Rs.

No not like that.
for eg. If I choose Supreme Sportks Kids pack, there are 3 HD channels in it.
For that too I have to pay that HD Access fee?
