Bro In my view view its the old stb of d2h therefore it may be having some technical problems,Can you tell me when you brought this stb?..

Replace it by raising box swapping request in customer care

Then complain to Customercare bro,they may replace it with a new onemlike 6666 RF or 2244 etc...
