Poor Customer Service

Videocon D2H Services **.....Excuse my English....I am holding an Account *** since almost 2 years, i am very disappointed with the services for every visit their is a service charge, i don't have a problem paying but issue is never resolved. Talking to the customer service is another challenge. They dont understand customers concern all really matters for them is paying service charges. I am planning to switch to another service provider. Can somebody help me with any good service provider.

ADTV IS 100 % BETTER THAN D2H

ADTV might be better in terms of quality or number of channels but customer service of airtel literally sucks whether dth, mobile or broadband. If u want service then dont expect much from airtel too. as far as d2h is concerned I am new to d2h so till now its good. cant say much.
