Colors Infinity SD (LCN 451)
Comedy Central SD (LCN 465)

Despite not being mentioned in the website, and even though they were initially not available as part of the pack, these 2 channels were later unlocked for the Tamil Value pack.

Up until the latest price hike, I was able to view these channels in both my STBs. I have the 6 months Tamil Value pack (Rs.1229) activated for both.

After the price hike from Rs.230 per month to Rs.242 per month, it looks like they have again removed Colors Infinity SD (LCN 451) from the pack.

Now I can view Comedy Central SD (LCN 465) alone, in both the boxes.

Also, when I activated the base packs, Sony Pix SD (LCN 406) was not part of the pack. It looks like they included it later (not sure when exactly they added it, as I am watching all possible channels in HD). Now I am able to view this channel as well.
