powerup issue : Always updates EPG

Recently, I am facing powerup EPG update in my dish True HD+ . Whenever I switch on my dish tv, the EPG gets updated. Please help me to resolve the issue

Really it is a serious matter specially using STB outside India, feedup with this EPG update, let us know how to stop epg update permanently for stb.
