{Problem Resolved}not getting channels

I have changed my pack from Tamil mega HD pack to Tamil value HD pack through sundirect app.recharge was successful but in account it shows no pack subscribed,but expire date is correct:-( 4/6/2016:) trying to call cc more than hour.I am not getting channels.help me

Any HD channel gets added or not. Since SD lags in HD compared to other DTH...
