Problem with dish tv thruHD+ receiver

My dish tv thruHD+ receiver restart automatically each time (continuous).
When each time restart it shows EPG updating and it will go 4% or 50% sometimes and again restart.
- Always green light is on
-Removed all wires and re fixed.

Can anybody help me to fix it...

I think it is a software issue, u need to call cc for software update.

I think they will sent a technician to ur home and he will update ur box via pen drive.

if the issue remain same than they hv to change ur box,

As i am using it in kuwait. here is too much humidity till yesterday and today weather is good.
i am facing this problem from today morning.

Bro just do a factory reset.

While restart i just hold the menu button, automatically it redirected to option to factory reset.
Once i done that it is working perfectly. Even i did forced software update.
What will be the reason for this issue? is it humidity?
(as i mentioned above weather is too bad from 2 weeks and now it is normal.)

AFAIK there should be signals in all TPs.. EPG updating means its scanning all TPs as i know..
So 1st check signals in ur STB..
