Seeking Help Problem with registering RMN

I'm using dish TV truHD box outside India. I want to register RMN so that I can log into dish tv website to edit my packages. I asked a friend in India. He sent the message with his phone number and my VC no to 57575 but he got the response that "you are not a zing subscriber"
Can anybody please tell me what is the problem? How can it be solved? I would really appreciate.
