PVR unauthorized problem

I can't record anything in my dish tv truHD+ stb when I clicked on r button it's show your PVR is unauthorized . .how to fix it plz plz help me

Just restart the STB

Motasim bro if u buy the new connection means contact cc,they will activate the recording facility:k

If u already activated showing the error means just switch off the stb on power board,after turn it's working:k

Thats the only way as of now.. when ever u will get that error.. just restart STB f ft on main power..

Yes bro already do it .. It's work now but some days later it's shows error again ... I want to fix it permanently ...

Bro before some day's faced same problem ...that time I rest my stb ... Again face problem .. I think reset is temporary solution to fix this problem ... I want to fix it permanently ....
