Question regarding Pausing Live TV

Pausing Live TV & playing from where it stopped is very simple in Dish tv. By doing so, it plays delayed tv. But how can I again watch Live TV?

For example, my mom accidentally pressed "Pause" button & confused about what happened. I reached home after 30 minutes & pressed "Play" button. Now it is playing 30 minutes delayed content. Right? But now suppose if I want to watch Live TV, how can I do that?

Customer care guy says I has to delete all recordings saved in MyFiles in-order to again watch live tv. Is it really the only option?

Press Menu Key on your remote..
You can also do it by pressin back button twice which will change your channel to last tuned channel on first press & will take you back to live tv to that channel you are watchin on second press of back button..
